Presentation of the content of the project: One of the goals of the project is for our company to have a human resource base with which it can perform its work in the most efficient way possible. The goal is to increase the competitiveness of our company by improving the workplace skills and competencies of employees. We consider the training requested in this tender as an intellectual capital investment, with which we can develop the existing knowledge, ability and skills of our employees so that they can contribute to the efficient and successful operation of our company. 

In the framework of the project, we won funding for the training of 45 employees, and we are implementing 10 types of training.
