For our family guests:
In our booking system, guests can find the capacity of our rooms. We offer rooms of ideal size for families, either with two or one separate areas. Upon request, we provide a children's menu in our restaurant, where our little guests can find their favorites. The hallways and larger rooms in our hotel are spacious, making it easy to move around with a stroller. Upon request, we can provide a baby crib, high chair, changing table, or baby bathtub in the room for our youngest guests. If needed, please contact our reception staff. Our hotel does not have a children's corner or animation programs.

Guests with pets:

Guests arriving by bicycle:
In the underground garage of our hotel, guests will find a bicycle storage area where they can comfortably store their bikes in a covered space. In the lobby of our hotel, you can purchase a stylish Szeged-inspired water bottle, which we can refill with filtered water free of charge upon request.

Guests using wheelchairs:
In our underground garage, we have a designated parking space for guests with reduced mobility. Our elevator is spacious, and when booking, please ask our reception for assistance in reserving an accessible room. Both our hotel and restaurant are suitable for guests using wheelchairs, and we also have an accessible restroom in the hotel. Please inform us upon check-in if you have mobility limitations, so we can pay special attention to you in case of an emergency and relay this information to the fire department.

Guests who are blind or have low vision:
Our hotel does not have Braille menus or other navigation aids, but our staff is happy to assist with orientation and meal selection. Please feel free to contact our staff, and we will help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please inform us upon check-in if you have low vision, so we can pay special attention to you in case of an emergency and provide the fire department with this information.

Guests who are deaf or hard of hearing:
Our staff does not speak sign language, but we will do our best to assist with communication. We appreciate it if you inform our staff or reception of your needs in advance. Please inform us upon check-in if you have hearing difficulties, so we can pay special attention to you in case of an emergency and relay this information to the fire department.

For guests with autism and their companions:
We appreciate it if you inform us of your needs when making a reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate them during your stay. Our hotel rooms are quiet and can be darkened, and depending on availability, we can also offer a quiet, peaceful spot in our restaurant.
